01These terms
This website is operated by AI Newtika ("we", "us"), an engineering studio based in India. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
If you use this site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
02What this site is
This site describes what we do and how we work. It is provided for general information only.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, a commitment to accept any project, or professional advice of any kind. Indicative pricing, timelines and capability descriptions are exactly that — indicative. Any actual scope, price and timeline comes from a written proposal issued to you specifically.
03Enquiries and engagements
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, a retainer, or any obligation on either side.
If we go on to work together, that engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, covering scope, price, deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection and liability. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the work it covers.
Please keep confidential and regulated material out of the enquiry form. We ask for the shape of the problem, not your data. Information you send us before an agreement is in place is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, but is not subject to a confidentiality undertaking unless we have signed one.
04Accuracy of content
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date.
The reference architectures shown on this site are illustrative designs describing how we approach recurring problems in different sectors. They are not case studies of delivered client engagements unless expressly stated, and the behaviours they describe are design intentions rather than promised results. The agent execution trace shown on the home page is explicitly illustrative.
Statements about regulatory frameworks describe what we design towards. They are not certifications, legal advice, or a warranty that any particular deployment will satisfy your regulator. Compliance in your context is assessed as part of an engagement, with your own advisers.
05Acceptable use
You may read this site, and contact us through it. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site except as invited under the disclosure note in our Privacy Policy
- Interfere with the site's availability, including by denial-of-service or by flooding the enquiry form
- Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing, spam, malware, or unlawful, defamatory or infringing material
- Scrape or systematically extract the site's content to build a competing or derivative service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
We rate limit submissions and may block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.
06Intellectual property
The content, design, code, text, graphics and layout of this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The name and marks "AI Newtika" are ours.
You may view the site, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not otherwise copy, republish or exploit the site's content commercially without our written permission.
This section concerns the website only. Where we build software for a client, source ownership is handled in the engagement agreement — our standard position is full source handover on delivery, as stated on the home page.
07Third-party links
Where this site links to third-party sites, those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
08Availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site, or restrict access, without notice. Nothing in this section applies to service levels under a signed engagement agreement, which are dealt with there.
09Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this site is limited to INR 10,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability under any signed engagement agreement is governed by that agreement, not this section.
11Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores enquiry data on a server in India.
12Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the "last updated" date above tells you when it changed.
